Who doesn't love a great BBQ sauce? When I tried to find a healthy, clean BBQ sauce, I came up short time and time again. No matter what store I went to, I couldn't find a tasty, clean option that passed the health coach test. The ingredients always had some sort of emulsifier or additive that I just didn't want in my body. I knew I had to create one that I feel good about and is also delicious.
Going thru ingredients and getting creative, it finally happened. After some trial and error, I created a clean, healthy DIY BBQ sauce without the unnecessary junk; and it tastes AMAZING! It's got a Sweet Baby Ray's vibe; sweet with a little kick. The ingredients can be tailored to fit your tastebuds and preference. Feel free to taste and adjust accordingly!
